Get in touch
Let's talk about what you need.
Tell us what you're trying to fix or build. We'll get back to you within one working day with a clear next step.
What happens next
From first message to first call.
Your message reaches Amit and Sumit, the two people who scope, build, and maintain the work. We don't route enquiries through a sales team, so the reply you get is an answer rather than a scheduling prompt.
We reply within one working day. Expect two or three questions about your current setup, because the fix for a slow website is rarely the fix for a site that loads fine and still converts nobody. Answering those in your first message gets you a straighter answer sooner.
If it looks like a fit, we book thirty minutes through the calendar link above. You walk us through the problem, and we'll tell you what it would take and what a realistic budget looks like. When we're the wrong people for the job, we say so and point you toward someone better.
Before you write
The details that speed this up.
You don't need a finished brief or a signed-off budget. A few specifics save a round of back and forth.
Tell us what's breaking now and what you've already tried. Links help: your current site, the tools your team works in every day, a competitor whose setup you like. Mention any date you're working toward, because timing changes what we'd recommend.
Most enquiries land in one of four areas. Websites and landing pages, business automation, branding and identity, or the ongoing support that keeps a build running after launch. They connect, so a site we build can feed a workflow we automate.
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want built. Others describe a week that keeps disappearing into manual work and leave the diagnosis to us. Both are good starting points, and neither costs you anything to send.
We work from Bengaluru and read everything that comes in, including the messages that turn out to be a bad fit. If you'd rather talk before writing anything down, the phone number above reaches us during working hours.
Common questions
The questions we get most.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one working day. Your message goes to Amit and Sumit rather than a sales team, so the first reply comes from someone who can answer it instead of booking you in with someone who can.
What happens on the first call?
Thirty minutes, booked through the calendar link above. You describe the problem, we tell you what solving it would involve and what it would realistically cost. If we are the wrong people for it, you hear that on the call rather than after a proposal.
Do I need to know which service I want?
No. Plenty of enquiries start with a problem rather than a solution. The four areas we work in overlap enough that the right starting point is usually obvious once we understand what is going wrong, so naming the wrong one costs you nothing.
How much does a project cost?
There is no fixed price list. What a build costs depends on scope, and scope only becomes clear once we understand how your business runs. We quote after the first call rather than guessing before it.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what you are building, and we give you a real timeline once the scope is settled. What we can say upfront is that we do not run six-month timelines, and we stay on after launch rather than disappearing at handover.
Who will I actually be working with?
Amit and Sumit, both hands-on. Whoever scopes your project is the same person who builds it and keeps it running afterwards. There is no account manager, and no handover to someone you have never met.
What if you are not the right fit for my project?
We tell you, and point you toward someone better suited. A mismatched enquiry still gets a proper reply rather than silence, so you leave with a direction even when it is not ours.
Can I call instead of writing?
Yes. The phone line is open through the working day in Bengaluru. Some problems are faster to explain out loud than to type, and a short call is usually enough to tell whether a longer conversation is worth booking.
